The easiest way is to order online and get it delivered straight to your house.
Local to Tauranga? We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Outside Tauranga? Place your order by Tuesday midnight and receive your order on Thursday.

Originally from Uruguay, I am a trained chef by trade, with over 15 years experience in the kitchen and a passion for great food that keeps me always exploring new recipes and finding new flavours. I first started making sausages in 2015 and loved it so much that I started El Jefe!
