Burger Bar – $30 per person

  • Smoked Cheeseburger – Featuring cheddar, pickles, and a toasted brioche bun, aioli, mustard and tomato sauce.
  • Gluten-free available on request.
  • Variety of sauces provided.
  • Price is based on 2.5 burgers per person.
  • Takeaway containers are available for any leftovers.

Buffet Service, ideal for wedding or corporate events– $42 per person 

A generous buffet selection featuring two hot protein dishes, four fresh salads, house-made bread & dips

Proteins (Hot Served)

 Braised Pork Ribeye with chimichurri.

       Tender Brisket slow-cooked in red wine sauce

       Crispy Pork Belly

       Smoked adobo Chicken (whole boneless) 

       Salads:

       Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with creamy Caesar dressing, golden croutons & shaved Parmesan.

       Creamy Mustard Dill Potato Salad with capers and bacon.

       Yellow Rice Salad – Fragrant rice with herbs, roasted seeds, nuts, cranberries, and garlic cream

       Roasted Kumara & Chick peas – With rocket, feta, and baby beetroot.     

       Green salad – Shaved broccoli, cabbage, roasted almonds and red onions.

            Shaved fennel, orange segments, rocket, toasted pine nuts, cranberries, red onions, feta cheese.

Service Fee

Includes cooking equipment, setup, chefs, compostable plates & cutlery (if required), and rubbish removal.
