This BBQ pack is ideal for four to six people and includes:
- 1 Angus Vacio (Bavette Steak) (approx 1.2kg)
- 2 x Packs of Chorizo Sausages
- 1 x Chimichurri
When cooking vacio, always remember to cook over the embers, cooked no more than medium rare. We'd also recommend slicing thinly against the grain.
