The experience
A generous buffet built the El Jefe way: two hot proteins straight off the smoker, four fresh sides of your choice, rosemary focaccia with dips, and sweet Portuguese tarts to send everyone home happy.
Two hours of service with our team looking after the buffet from start to finish. This option works really well for large groups and always leaves guests impressed — a favourite for weddings and corporate celebrations.

Service fee
Covers local transport, setup, staff, compostable plates & cutlery (if required), serviettes, equipment such as bain-marie, buffet tables, tablecloths and serving plates, and rubbish removal.
