A fair and market-style service where your guests order straight from our food trailer menu — every meal cooked fresh to order and handed over hot from the trailer window.
A great option if you're after a festive, interactive and entertaining service in a chill environment. Two hours of service, and nobody gets a cold burger.

Service fee
Covers local transport, setup, staff, compostable plates & cutlery, serviettes, takeaway containers, equipment and rubbish removal.
- 20 – 50 guests — from $300
- 50 – 100 guests — from $600
- 100 – 150 guests — from $900
If we're cooking on site, we typically need
- A flat outdoor space for our BBQ trailer
- Access for a vehicle and trailer (standard tow size)
- One standard power outlet, if available
- Access to water — preferred but not essential
