A taco station loaded with slow-cooked meat and all the fixings: warm flour tortillas, pineapple slaw, guacamole, spicy salsa and fresh lime. Everyone builds their own, exactly how they like it.
A casual option that's perfect for relaxed gatherings. It's a self-serve package with no on-site setup or staff, so there's no service fee.

- We can have your protein hot and ready to serve at pick-up
- Or we can pack it chilled with the rest of the food and include simple reheating instructions, if you'd rather heat it closer to serving time
